2024 Supervisory Board meeting

On 23 February 2024, a meeting of the Supervisory Board of Primat d.d. was held.

The Supervisory Board has appointed the Management Board of the company for the next 5-year term. Mr. Matjaž Andric has been confirmed for a second term as the President of the Management Board, and the new member of the Management Board of the company became Ms. Tanja Djokić.
