Key features of the Primat smart cash register
- Easy, fast and safe to use.
- Touch screen guides the user.
- Possibility of information connection to the bank and immediate crediting of cash to the bank account.
- Cash deposits can be made at any time, 24/7.
- Cash is entered by an authorised person who identifies himself before use.
- Banknotes can be entered individually or in batches, allowing very fast entry.
- The money is kept inside a secure cash box in special cassettes or bags.
- The smart cash register also offers a coin counter if needed.
- The cash register requires an electrical connection and an internet connection.
- Transaction monitoring is carried out via a web-portal, which provides all transaction data for each user's cash register separately.
The smart cash register is certified and manufactured in accordance with the European standard EN 1143-1, which specifies the method of manufacture and production to ensure burglar resistance.
Smart cash register operation
- Before starting work, the user identifies him/herself at the cash register via a touch screen and enters his/her identification number.
- Select an activity from the on-screen menu and follow the instructions.
- Insert the banknotes individually or in a bundle into the banknote slot.
- The smart cash register counts the banknotes and checks their authenticity on the fly, rejecting them in case of counterfeits and recording the event.
- When the entry is complete, a receipt is printed detailing the entry, which serves as proof and a record for the user.
- The smart cash register also provides an information connection to the user's business bank. In this case, as soon as the money is entered, the bank will receive the information and post the balance to the user's bank account, so the funds are available before the cash is physically transported to the bank.
- All transaction data is logged and transmitted continuously to a remote server via a secure connection.
- An authorised person can monitor and control the operation of all smart cash registers at any time via a personal computer and the web portal.
