After the end of the war, the German confiscation was revoked and the Slovene name was restored.
With the outbreak of war, the German occupiers confiscated the factory from the Jerebič family, appointed a new manager and renamed the company Kassenfabrik G.m.b.H Marburg.
The Jerebič family takes over ownership and management, renaming the company "Tovarna blagajn Maribor, družba z omejeno zavezo".
Formation of a limited liability company in Maribor.
