Laser cutting

NEW Trumpf laser machines: laser cutting machine for cutting of sheet metal, whose working surface size is equal to 3000 mm x 1500 mm, is at the highest possible technological level with minimal impact on the environment.

Thicknesses:

• Black 0.8-32 mm
• Stainless 0.8-25 mm
• Manganese 0.8-25 mm

Machines: Trumpf laser CO2 laser T3030 4kW and Trumpf laser fiber T3030 6kW.

CNC Bending

CNC machines offers many advantages because it is automated and uses computer-controlled machine tools to fabricate parts from raw materials. CNC machining ensures all parts are produced to exact specifications, thus improving the functioning of the products.

The bending length is up to 3050 mm, and the sheet thickness is 0.8-8 mm (or by agreement depending on the specifics of the material and bending).

Machines: Trumpf TruBend 5130 bending 130 t/3050 mm and Trumpf TruBend 5230 bending 230 t/3050 mm.

Welding and surface protection

To optimally the whole process, by ordering other metal processing services, we offer you our own welding capacities (MIG/MAG), surface protection of products with wet painting in our Painting Chamber with dimensions 3900 x 6000 x 2800 mm.
