Tanja Djokić takes over the leadership of PRIMAT d.d.

As of February 1, 2025, Tanja Djokić has been appointed as the President of the Management Board of PRIMAT d.d.

Ms. Djokić joined PRIMAT d.d. on March 1, 2024, as a board member. Prior to that, she successfully led the parent company, Primat Sistemi d.o.o., where she continues to serve as director. Her extensive knowledge and experience will undoubtedly contribute to the further development and success of PRIMAT d.d.

The current President of the Management Board, Matjaž Andric, will assume a new role as International Director for Key Accounts and Business Development in the field of ATM safes within the Gunnebo Group, starting February 1, 2025. Gunnebo acquired PRIMAT d.d. and the PRIMAT Group in October 2024.

These changes will further strengthen the role of PRIMAT d.d. within the international Gunnebo Group, a leading global manufacturer of security equipment.
