Introducing the TruBend 5230 bending machine

As part of the implementation of the largest investment cycle in the last 15 years, we upgraded our production with a top CNC bending machine TruBend 5230 from TRUMPF.

With a pressing force of 2,300 kN and sophisticated features such as a 5-axis system for positioning the workpiece, CNC-controlled crowning, ACB-laser for angle measurement, etc., we will be able to achieve higher productivity and better quality in the fabrication of the most demanding bends. The ergonomics of the workplace and operator safety will be significantly improved, as the machine is equipped with quick hydraulic tool clamping, an additional screen, a portable control console MobileControl, and a holder to assist in lifting the workpiece during bending, relieving the physical strain on the operator.
