PRIMAT – Service Department will carry out service and maintenance works on all our products.

For the certified products is important: 
Service and repair work can be carried out by the certificate holder and /or the specialists authorized by the certificate holder. 

Improper performed service or repair work may already strongly reduce the burglary resistance properties of the product. 
In order not to jeopardize this optimum protection on certified products the service works may only be carried out by the certificate holder or authorized company.
