To unlock the Smart Wardrobe Cabinet, only the RFID card is required. The system records all events on a particular cabinet and so increases security and control.
Existing cards (employee access control cards for example) can be used for unlocking the cabinets. Beside a contactless card, an electronic key or electronic bracelet can also be used.

Each wardrobe cabinet has an electronic lock connected to the control unit, which enables the operation and control of the entire process. The control unit is connected via an Internet network with a personal computer (administrator, receptionist, HR department).
The administrator uses application and can completely control the whole system. Before the first use, the administrator issues the card to the user and determines the period of use and the number of the cabinet. This makes the wardrobe cabinet ready for use.
How to use Smart Wardrobe Cabinet PRIMAT
The use is simple - the user puts a card on the reader, which is close to his cabinet and the door will open automatically.
There is no need for locking. Just close the door and cabinet will be automatically locked.
- To open the door just move the RFID card close to the reader.
Management of the Smart Wardrobe Cabinets PRIMAT
The administrator monitors the operation of the system and carries out card issuing tasks via computer and a friendly software application.
In addition to regular card issuance and user identification, the system also allows the general card to open all cabinets (in case of card loss, during cleaning, maintenance, etc.). For each cabinet there is a precise history of all actions. In case of burglary, an alarm is triggered. The electronic locking system is easy to use, reduces costs (no need for replacing locks due to loss of key), offers the possibility of checking the occupancy of the cabinet, has an alarm in case of burglary and offers event reports about the status of cabinets: accurate information on opening and closing for each wardrobe cabinet.
Preparing for the first use of Smart Wardrobe Cabinets PRIMAT
1. The installation and connection of wardrobe cabinets is carried out quickly, usually in one day.
On the same day, the wardrobe cabinet is ready for use.
2. Before the first use, the administrator assigns the card to the user via the desktop card reader
(it can also be an electronic key or bracelet) and determines number of wardrobe cabinet.
He also determines the time of its validity (1 day, week, year ...).
3. The cabinet is ready, the user opens it with the approach of the contactless card to the
reading unit. The cabinet number is displayed and the door is automatically opened.
4. If the card has expired, the cabinet will not open; you will need to contact the administrator.
5. It is also possible to use several cards to open one cabinet. One card can also open several cabinets
simultaneously if needed.
6. Locking – all you need is to close the door and wardrobe cabinet is securely locked.
