MODULPRIM System has been tested by Verband der Schadenversicherer (VdS)  in Germany. 

 
Modular construction - advantages:

Thin walls enable high usability of space.

Setting up vault room in upper floors of new buildings or rebuilding of existing rooms into vault room
MODULPRIM  Panels are welded together and this makes object compact. 
It is also possible to disassemble the object and transfer to another location.

1. Floor and ceilings components 

• Maximum length of component with load 100 kg/m2 or 300 kg/m2 - see Spreadsheet of certified models.
• Extra length possible with additional joists and buttresses. 

2. Construction of components

• One wall.
• Filling - special reinforced plates
• Sheet metal housing

3. Inner covering

• Inner covering of components is made of metal and painted by primary color.
• Floor coverings can be made by sticking.
• Wall coverings (plaster plate, wood or metal lamellas) are fixed on prepared profiles.
• Ceiling coverings or hanging ceilings are fixed on prepared profiles.

4. Cables

• All panels have two cable openings with inner diameter 20 mm.
• Openings are primary intended for simple cables assembly.

5. Ventilation system

• Ventilation - in a form of certified system with opening 250×60 mm - is built into the wall
  and the ventilation box is inside.
• It is possible to connect ventilation form outside (ventilator, ventilation system). 

6. Vault doors

• Standard construction
• Different types of locks.
• Optional day grille or glass door (brochure vault doors).

7. Airing

• Certified system for airing with openings - R = approx. 150 cm2 in the panel up-and down integrated into walls.
• Airing system is determined according to vault room size.

8. Outer coverings

• Coverings are made of plaster and paper -board plates, wood, metal lamellas.
• Existing walls do not have outer coverings.

9. Anti burglary alarm system

• All preparations are provided for the installation of certified alarm system.
